This is a compilation album of two EPs that I recorded in previous years, XPLEEN [2003] and BANDOLIANDO [2013]. These mixes have been revised and mastered for this record, so they do not get lost in oblivion.

The first five (5) songs are the last recording made by some members of Cuarteto Ensamble before splitting. These songs are actually rock tunes with Colombian acoustic instruments (Bandola Andina, Tiple and Guitar) accompanied by bass and drums.

The last four (4) songs are some versions of traditional Música Llanera hits, recorded with Bandola Llanera and accompanied by a traditional ensemble of Cuatro, Bajo and Maracas.

This work shows the possibilities I have explored with the Bandola Andina as well as my instrumentalist skills with Bandola Llanera.
